In general, payment is due at time of treatment, unless other arrangements are made. Every effort is made to keep the cost of dental care under control. You can help by paying for treatment at the time of your visit.

As a courtesy to you, if you are covered by some form of dental insurance, we have trained staff available to aid you in understanding your benefits and filing for them. Patients are expected to begin payment of their portion of the fee at the time treatment begins. For your convenience we accept checks, cash, debit cards, HSA funds and Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

The dental insurance involves an agreement between you and your insurance company. We will assist you in working with you insurance and filing for benefits; however, please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

Dental insurance is a wonderful benefit, but it is not designed to cover all expenses of dental health care. For more information please go to the ADA article, Understanding Your Insurance.

Dr. Golden will recommend treatment based on your dental health needs, not based on your insurance coverage. We will always be happy to discuss treatment alternatives, but your treatment plan will be designed for you to have excellent dental health for a lifetime.

For any outstanding balances, we will send you a monthly statement. Your prompt payment is appreciated.
